By using Two-Wheeler.com, you agree to the following terms.
1. Business Model
Two-Wheeler.com operates as a direct seller of pre-owned two-wheelers. All vehicles listed are owned, verified, and sold by us.
2. Vehicle Condition
- All vehicles are inspected before listing
- Normal wear and tear is expected in used vehicles
- Buyers are encouraged to inspect before purchase
3. Pricing
- Prices are clearly mentioned for each vehicle
- Additional charges (if any) will be disclosed upfront
4. Booking & Payment
- Booking may require a token amount
- Full payment must be completed before delivery
- Payments must be made through approved methods only
5. Delivery
- Doorstep delivery may be available
- Delivery timelines are indicative
6. Ownership Transfer
- We assist with RC transfer
- Buyer must provide required documents
- Timelines depend on RTO process
7. Cancellation & Refund
- Booking amounts may be non-refundable or partially refundable
- Terms will be informed at the time of booking
8. Warranty
- Vehicles are sold on an "as-is" basis unless stated otherwise
- Any warranty will be clearly mentioned
9. Limitation of Liability
Two-Wheeler.com is not liable for:
- Post-sale issues or wear and tear
- Delays due to RTO or external factors
10. User Responsibility
- Provide accurate details and documents
- Complete payments and formalities on time
